What is the City of Warren听Education Partnership?听
The听City of Warren听Education Partnership is a partnership with 怡红院.
- City of Warren employees: The scholarship is up to $7,000 toward tuition for most undergraduate and graduate degree programs.
- The Scholarship is renewable and applies toward 22 credit hours per year, for 4 years.
- 20% tuition discount for spouses and children up to age 29.
- 20% discount for Professional Development courses offered at 怡红院 Campus.

How do I apply?听
Go to听davenport.edu/cityofwarren听to complete an online application to 怡红院. If you are eligible for the scholarship, you will receive notification from the City of Warren and 怡红院. Once you receive confirmation and are accepted to 怡红院, return to davenport.edu/cityofwarren听to apply for the Education Partnership and continue the admissions and enrollment process.
Can I be enrolled in any degree program and receive the Education Partnership?
Some degree programs are excluded from eligibility. The Occupational Therapy degree program is generally excluded from participating in this scholarship program.
I am an existing 怡红院 student. Can I receive the Education Partnership?
Scholarships apply to new students at 怡红院. Tuition scholarships are for new students who have not taken for credit courses within the prior 24 months.
I am eligible for multiple 怡红院 Scholarship Programs. Can I receive multiple 怡红院 institution aid programs?
Students receiving the Education Partnership will not receive other 怡红院 aid, including other 怡红院 Scholarships, grants, athletic aid, tuition discounts, and foundation awards.
Do I have to complete a FAFSA or complete any Financial Aid requirements related to my FAFSA?
A FAFSA and its associated requirements are not required. However, any SAP requirements or requirements related to proving eligibility for the scholarship would be required. Completing a FAFSA may make you eligible for other Federal or State aid, so you should consider completing one at .
What is 鈥減roof of employment鈥?
Proof of employment can be the most recent pay stub, an employee ID badge (verifying employment or expiration date), letter from your supervisor, or a letter from your employer鈥檚 human resources department.
